Thanks so much for shopping with us! Every piece you order is made just for you — printed, packed, and shipped with care (and maybe a few happy dances in between).

Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

🕒 Processing Time

All items are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production. We take this time to make sure everything looks great and is ready to wear, love, or gift.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Delivery times typically are:

• U.S. orders: 7-14 business days

While we can’t promise exact dates, we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

📬 Split Shipments

If you ordered from multiple collections (like Lil’ Moods or Mutt Moods), your items may ship separately. That’s totally normal! Our print partners work from different locations to make sure each item gets the attention it deserves.

🐾 Delays & Support

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays. If your package seems to be taking longer than expected, just reach out. We’re happy to help track things down or make it right if anything goes wrong.
